Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned counsel for the State.

Petitioners are apprehending their arrest in connection with the case registered under Sections 147, 341, 323, 353, 291 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioners has submitted that there is no specific allegation against the petitioners. Except Section 353 and 291 of the I.P.C, other sections are bailable in nature. Similarly situated co-accused have been granted anticipatory bail vide A.B.A. No. 3236 of 2015, A.B.A. No. 1241 of 2016 and A.B.A. No. 2247 of 2016

Learned A.P.P has opposed the prayer for bail.

In the fact and circumstances of the case, the above named petitioners are directed to surrender in the Court below within three weeks from the date of this order and in the event of their arrest or surrender the Court below shall enlarge them on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Judicial Magistrate, Koderma in connection with Nawalsahi P.S. Case No. 23 of 2015 corresponding to G.R. No. 319 of 2015, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
