Heard learned counsel for the parties.

The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Chutia P.S. Case No. 10 of 2014, corresponding to G.R. No.451 of 2014, for the offence registered under Sections 420, 406/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

It appears that pursuant to order dated 09.05.2016, both the parties have settled their dispute. Today, the petitioner has given a bank draft of Rs. 10,000/- in the name of opposite party no. 2 which has been handed over to the learned counsel for the opposite party no. 2. Learned counsel for the opposite party no. 2 has submitted that he will send the aforesaid bank draft to the opposite party no. 2.

In view of above, the above named petitioner is directed to surrender in the Court below within two weeks from the date of this order and in the event of his arrest or surrender the Court below shall enlarge the above named petitioner on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand), with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of R. K. Mishra, learned Judicial Magistrate, Ist Class, Ranchi or his successor in connection with Chutia P.S. Case No. 10 of 2014, corresponding to G.R. No.451 of 2014, subject to conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.

Let a copy of this order along with photo copy of bank draft be communicated to the concerned court.
