Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned counsel for the State.

2. The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Bistupur P.S. Case No. 140 of 2015, corresponding to G.R. No. 1649 of 2015, registered under Sections 498A, 406, 420, 313, 415, 120B, 500, 34 of the I.P.C.

3. Pursuant to order dated 15.06.2016, the matter was referred to JHALSA, Ranchi for settlement of the dispute between the petitioner and the opposite party no. 2.

4. Perused the report of the Mediation dated 25.07.2016, which is kept at flag-'R', according to which, the dispute between the parties has been settled. The parties have agreed to resolve the dispute on the terms and condition, which is incorporated as part of this anticipatory bail order.

Be that as it may, the petitioner, above named is directed to surrender in the court below within two weeks from the date of this order and in the event of his arrest or surrender the court below shall enlarge the above named petitioner on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand), with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate, Jamshedpur, in connection with Bistupur P.S. Case No. 140 of 2015, corresponding to G.R. No. 1649 of 2015, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C., subject to the condition that if the petitioner violates the terms and conditions of the agreement entered between the parties, the opposite party no. 2 will be at liberty to file application for cancellation of anticipatory bail of the petitioner.

6. Further, office is directed to sent the xerox copy of the Mediation report to the trial court.

7. Let a copy of order be sent to the trial court.
