Heard learned counsel for the petitioners as well as learned counsel for the State.

2. Four petitioners are apprehending their arrest in connection with P.C.R. Case No. 315 of 2015, registered under Sections 323, 341, 504, 379, 34 of the Indian Penal Code, pending in the court of learned Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Deoghar, lodged on the basis of one complaint filed by Tajbul Ansari alleging therein that the wife of the complainant had filed case before the learned Family Court, Deoghar and on 01.04.2015 the complainant along with brother-in-law Rajaul Ansari, Rahina Bibi were returned back after court proceeding, these petitioners surrounded them and assaulted. Akbar Mian (petitioner no. 4) snatched Rs. 3000/- from his pocket and Lalmohammad (petitioner no. 3) snatched his writ watch. On the basis of these allegations, instant case has been lodged.

3. Although, complainant / opposite party no. 2 has appeared on 12.07.2016, but today, when the case is called out, nobody appears on behalf of opposite party no. 2.

4. LCR has been received. From perusal of S.A. of the complainant, it appears that general and omnibus allegation of assaulting and snatching of Rs. 2,000/-, one wrist watch and one golden chain against all the petitioners.

Be that as it may, the petitioners, above named is directed to surrender in the court below within two weeks from the date of this order and in the event of their arrest or surrender the court below shall enlarge the above named petitioners on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/(Rupees ten thousand) each, with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Deoghar, in connection with P.C.R. Case
