Heard learned counsel for the parties.

The petitioner has been made an accused in connection with S.T. No. 58 of 2016 arising out of Littipara P.S. Case No. 72 of 2015 corresponding to G.R. No. 1127 of 2015 for the offence registered under Sections 395 and 397 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that earlier petitioner had moved bail application before this Court bearing B.A. No.2286 of 2016 which was rejected and the petitioner was advised to renew his prayer after framing of charge. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that charge has been framed against the petitioner on 25.07.2016 in S.T. No. 58 of 2016.

Learned A.P.P opposed the prayer for bail.

In the facts and circumstances of the case, the above named petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Additional Sessions Judge-I, Pakur in connection with S.T. No. 58 of 2016 arising out of Littipara P.S. Case No. 72 of 2015 corresponding to G.R. No. 1127 of 2015.
