Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State.
Issue notice to the opposite party no. 2 under registered cover with A/D as well as by ordinary process, for which requisites etc must be filed within one week.
Both the parties are directed to remain physically present before this Court on 11.07.2016 so that possibility of conciliation between them can be explored.
Put up this case on 11.07.2016.
Till then, no coercive step shall be taken against the petitioner in connection with C.P. Case No. 1846 of 2014 pending in the Court of learned C.J.M, Dhanbad.
