This application has been filed for modification of order dated 21.06.2016 whereby the petitioner was granted anticipatory bail by this Court but in para-6 it has been wrongly typed as “Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Ramgarh in connection with Mandu (Kuju) P.S. Case No. 71 of 2016, corresponding to G.R. No. 221 of 2016” in place of “Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Deoghar in connection with Jasidih P.S. Case No. 239 of 2015 corresponding to G.R. No. 1589 of 2015”.
In view of the above submissions, the order dated 21.06.2016 passed in A.B.A. No. 4074 of 2015 is modified to the extent that in para-6 in place of “Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Ramgarh in connection with Mandu (Kuju) P.S. Case No. 71 of 2016, corresponding to G.R. No. 221 of 2016” it should be read as “Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Deoghar in connection with Jasidih P.S. Case No. 239 of 2015 corresponding to G.R. No. 1589 of 2015” and further petitioner is directed surrender within three weeks from today.
Cr.M.P. No. 1607 of 2016 stands allowed and disposed of.
