This application has been filed for modification of the order dated 27.07.2016 passed in B.A. No. 5696 of 2016.
Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner No.2 is concerned that under order dated 27.07.2016 in B.A. No. 5696 of 2016 in which petitioner have been granted bail with a condition that one of the bailors shall be father but his father had already died.
In view of the above submissions, the order dated 27.07.2016 passed in B.A. No. 5696 of 2016 for petitioner No.2 is modified to the extent that one of the bailors shall be wife of the petitioner.
Cr.M.P. No. 1801 of 2016 stands allowed and disposed of.
