4/ 18.04.2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.P.P. for the Prosecution.
The petitioner has been made accused for the offence under Sections 420, 406 and 120-B of the Indian Penal Code, in connection with Parsudih P.S. Case No. 324 of 2014 corresponding to G.R. No. 3892 of 2014.
In the FIR, it is alleged that the petitioner has been working as Managing Director of M/s Aright Marketing Pvt. Ltd., which, as alleged, cheated several persons showing lucrative returns on the deposits made by them and subsequently the money deposited by the depositors were misappropriated. Earlier bail application of this petitioner was dismissed as withdrawn.
Learned counsel for the petitioner has renewed the prayer for bail.
In the facts of this case, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner, Ranjit Munda, on bail. Accordingly, his prayer for bail is rejected.
