Prosecution.
The petitioner has been made accused for the offence under Sections 25(1-B)(a), 26 and 35 of the Arms Act, in connection with Kenduadih P.S. Case No. 143 of 2015 corresponding to G.R. No. 6059 of 2015.
The petitioner was apprehended on 10.12.2015 and from his possession, one loaded country-made pistol was recovered.
In the facts of this case, I am inclined to enlarge the petitioner, Ravi Kumar @ Golu Kumar Rawani @ Golu Rawani, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand), with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of Miss Kalpana Hazarika, learned Judicial Magistrate, Dhanbad, or her successor, in connection with Kenduadih P.S. Case No. 143 of 2015 corresponding to G.R. No. 6059 of 2015.
