Heard Mr. K. S. Nanda, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr. A. K. Pandey, learned APP appearing for the State.
Petitioner is an accused in connection with Kamdara P.S. Case No. 35 of 2015 corresponding to G.R. No. 743 of 2015 registered for the offences punishable u/s 353/307/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 25(1B)a/26/35/35 of the Arms Act.
It has been submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that two persons were apprehended in a Bolero vehicle and one of the co-accused, namely, Pritam Lohra has been granted bail by this Court vide B.A. No. 6168 of 2015 and that the petitioner is in custody since 13.6.2015.
Learned counsel for the State has opposed the prayer for bail of the petitioner, but has not disputed that co-accused, namely, Pritam Lohra has been granted bail by this Court.
Regard being had to the aforesaid fact, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class Gumla in connection with Kamdara P.S. Case No. 35 of 2015 corresponding to G.R. No. 743 of 2015.
