Abdul Ansari Vs The State Of Jharkhand And Anr.

The applicant is apprehending his arrest in connection with Kandi P.S. Case No.203 of 2013 corresponding to G.R. No. 2831 of 2013 registered under Sections 498A/379/323/504 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 3/4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act.

Mr. P.K. Pandey, the learned counsel appearing for the O.P. No.2 submits that the matter has been compromised between the parties.

Considering the above submission, the interim order dated 08.07.2014 is hereby confirmed and it is ordered that, in the event of arrest of the applicant or if he surrenders before the trial court within a period of four weeks from today, the applicant namely, Abdul Ansari would be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned ACJM, Garhwa in connection with Kandi P.S. Case No.203 of 2013 corresponding to G.R. No. 2831 of 2013.

Let a copy of this order be sent to the concerned trial court through FAX on depositing the cost by the applicant.
