Heard the learned counsel appearing for the parties and perused the documents on record.

The applicant is apprehending his arrest in connection with Khelari Mahila P.S. Case No. 09 of 2013 corresponding to G.R. No. 5451 of 2013 registered under Section 498A/34 of the Indian Penal Code and under Sections 3/4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act.

The learned counsel appearing for the applicant submits that the matter has been compromised between the parties and the applicant has already paid Rs. 2 lacs to his informant-wife.

The learned counsel appearing for the opposite party no. 2 affirms that a sum of Rs. 2 lacs has been paid to the opposite party no. 2.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, in the event of arrest of the applicant or if he surrenders before

the trial court within a period of four weeks from today, the applicant namely, Jaideep Kumar @ Rinku would be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Ranchi in connection with Khelari Mahila P.S. Case No. 09 of 2013 corresponding to G.R. No. 5451 of 2013.

Let a copy of this order be sent through FAX to the concerned trial court on depositing the cost by the applicant.
