Das, the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondents herein has produced an order dated 24.01.2024 of the Circle Officer, Bhawraguri and has placed before this Court a set of instruction(s) showing that there has been due compliance to the order passed by this Court dated 21.08.2023 passed in WP(C) No. 4688/2023. Taking into account the above, this Court closes the instant contempt proceedings. However, it is observed that if the petitioner is aggrieved by the orders so passed the petitioner would always be at liberty to assail the same in accordance with law.
