On instruction Mr. Deka, learned counsel submits that the petitioner is not pressing this contempt petition, as in the meanwhile, the respondent has complied with the order dated 12.03.2018, passed by this Court in WP(C) No.4946/2015.
In view of above, this contempt petition being infructuous stands closed.
