Heard Ms. P. Bordoloi, learned counsel on behalf of Mr. K.R. Patgiri, learned counsel for the petitioner. Also heard Mr. S.S. Roy, learned Government Advocate, Assam appearing for the respondent Nos. 1, 2, 3 & 5 as well as Mr. G. Baishya, learned Standing Counsel, AG (A & E), Assam for the respondent No. 4 and Mr. P. Nayak, learned Standing Counsel, Finance Department appearing for the respondent No. 6.
Ms. P. Bordoloi, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that during the pendency of this writ petition, the petitioner has got the relief as prayed for and hence prays for withdrawal of this petition to which the learned counsels for the State respondents have no objection.
Accordingly, this writ petition stands dismissed on withdrawal.
