Heard the learned counsels for the parties on the application for release of amount.
Learned counsel for the applicant contends that the applicant had deposited the amount towards pre-deposit for maintaining the appeal. It is further contended that the appeal has been disposed off vide order dated 17.05.2024. It is, therefore, prayed that the amount deposited by the applicant may be released in favour of the applicant no. 1-Mr. Satpal Yadav.
In view of the above, the application for release of amount is allowed and the amount deposited by the applicant towards pre-deposit along with interest accrued thereupon is directed to be released in favour of the applicant no. 1-Mr. Satpal Yadav within fortnight from today, if there is no other legal impediment for the same.
