Heard the learned counsels for the parties.

Learned counsel for the respondent-Bank contends that the appellant is ready to settle the loan account no. 1002051000024 by paying entire amount within a fixed time. It is further contended that three months time have already been taken for depositing the amount and again time is being sought for depositing the same. He also states that the bank has already given calculation sheet to the appellant for Rs. 1,55,72,894/-, which is uptill 31.01.2024. The said balance sheet has been appended to the reply filed by the bank on 01.02.2024 as annexure no. A-1.

It is further contended by the learned counsel for the respondent-bank that the dues along with interest till date is also liable to be paid and no previous charges are levied upon the appellant and afresh calculation sheet shall be given to the appellant and if the same is deposited by the appellant within the specific period as fixed by this Hon’ble Court, the account will be settled and no dues certificate pertaining to the aforesaid loan account will be given. Learned counsel also states that this settlement will be only with relation to the aforesaid Bank account and it will not cover any other loan account, for which separate action is required to be taken.
