Present: Shri Swayambhoo Chandranshul, counsel for the respondent No. 1, Ex-parte against the respondent No. 2 to 5,
Perusal of the order dated 24.04.2024 of this Tribunal shows that on the earlier occasion, Shri Ashish Pandey, Law Officer of the appellant-Bank was present and he had submitted that he would engage another counsel for hearing of the matter, thus, the matter was adjourned by making it clear that on the next date, the matter will not be adjourned, as the appeal is of the year, 2019. Today also, none is present on behalf of the appellant-Bank even in the second round, therefore, the appeal is dismissed for non prosecution.
