To show the bonafide, learned counsel for the appellant has deposited seven demand drafts bearing draft No. 001479 dated 03.04.2023 for Rs. 9,99,000/-, draft No. 001480 dated 03.04.2023 for Rs. 9,99,000/-, draft No. 001481 dated 03.04.2023 for Rs. 9,99,000/-, draft No. 001482 dated 03.04.2023 for Rs. 9,99,000/-, draft No. 001483 dated 03.04.2023 for Rs. 9,99,000/-, draft No. 001484 dated 03.04.2023 for Rs. 9,99,000/- and draft No. 001485 dated 03.04.2023 for Rs. 6,000/- towards pre-deposit, which may be kept in the shape of FDR in the nationalized Bank for a period of one year in auto renewal scheme.
