Learned counsel for the appellant had filed an urgency application being I.A. No. 253/2022 at the time of filing the appeal. Another urgency application being I.A. No. 292/2022 has also been filed.

In view of the second urgency application being I.A. No. 292/2022 filed by the appellant, the earlier urgency application being I.A. No. 253/2022 has become infructuous. Hence, the same is rejected.

The second urgency application being I.A. No. 292/2022 filed by the appellant is allowed and the case is taken up today.

The appellant has also filed an I.A. No. 271/2022 for exemption from filing the certified copy of the impugned order. The said application is disposed off with the direction to the learned counsel for the appellant that as and when the certified copy of the impugned order is received from the Tribunal below concerned, the same shall be submitted before this Tribunal.

Heard the learned counsels for the parties on the waiver and stay applications.

Learned counsel for the appellant submits that pursuant to the order dated 18.08.2022 passed the Hon’ble High Court, Lucknow Bench in Writ-C No. 5423 of 2022, the appellant has deposited Rs. 18.00 lacs through two demand drafts before
