Learned counsel for the respondent-Bank submits that the arguing counsel Shri Sandeep Arora is indisposed, therefore, he is unable to appear today, hence prays for adjournment. He further submits that the possession, which was taken on 25.04.2023, has not taken place, therefore, there is no urgency in the matter.
Learned counsel for the appellant deposits a demand draft no. 959495 dated 26.04.2023 for Rs. 4,00,000/- towards predeposit, which may be kept in the shape of FDR in the nationalized Bank for a period of one year in auto renewal scheme.
List this case on 07.07.2023 for waiver.
