Learned counsel for the appellant deposits four demand drafts being D.D. No. 166703 dated 16.01.2023 for Rs. 4.00 lacs, D.D. No. 959418 dated 13.01.2023 for Rs. 3.00 lacs, D.D. No. 507462 dated 13.01.2023 for Rs. 2.00 lacs and D.D. no. 226150 dated 12.01.2023 for Rs. 2.00 lacs, total Rs. 11.00 lacs towards pre-deposit.
The aforesaid amount deposited by the appellant be kept in the form of FDR in Nationalized Bank for a period of one year in auto renewal scheme.
Learned counsel for the respondent-Bank submits that he has not been served with the copy of appeal. Learned counsel for the appellant submits that he shall serve the same upon the counsel for the respondent-Bank during course of the day, who may file his reply by the next date fixed.
