Heard the learned counsel for the applicant on the I.A. No. 326/2023, in which a prayer has been made to recall the order dated 23.02.2023 and allow the waiver application.
The report of the Registrar dated 26.04.2023 shows that no amount of pre-deposit has been made by the appellant.
In view of the above, the appeal is not maintainable and has already been dismissed vide order dated 23.02.2023, this order does not warrant for any recall.
Accordingly, the application is dismissed.
