Heard the learned counsel for the applicant on the urgency application being I.A. No. 297/2023, wherein it has been stated that the Sub Divisional Magistrate, Patna City, Patna has fixed the date for eviction and taking over the possession of the secured asset from the appellant on 25.04.2023.
The report of the Registrar dated 17.04.2023 shows that the matter is fixed for 28.04.2023. For the reason stated in the urgency application, the same is allowed and the date already fixed for 28.04.2023 is preponed to 24.04.2023.
