Heard the learned counsel for the applicant on the urgency application being I.A. No. 924/2023.
Learned counsel for the respondent-Bank submits that as on date, no date has been fixed for taking possession, therefore, there is no urgency in this matter.
After perusing the averment as made in the urgency application, the same is allowed and the date already fixed for 11.12.2023 is preponed to 01.12.2023.
