Ld. Advocate Ms. Rituparna Sanyal is present on behalf of Applicants. Ld. Advocate submits that this application was not served upon respondent Nos. 2 to 4, since newspaper publication was already made against Respondent Nos. 2 to 4 in main appeal but no one appeared on their behalf. Hence she prays to place the matter before Hon’ble Chairperson.
Today, the matter was fixed for filing affidavit of service in respect of Respondent Nos. 2 to 4.
Received this Misc. Application through online on 01/03/2023 being No. M.A. Dy. No. 157 of 2023 filed by Ld. Advocate Ms. Rituparna Sanyal on behalf of Applicant, with a request to recall the order dated 14/02/2023 and to restore the instant appeal to its original file.
