The office report dated 13.07.2023 shows that no reply has been filed by the respondent no. 1 and neither tracking report has been filed to authenticate the service upon the respondent no. 3 nor substitution application has been filed to bring on record the legal heirs of the deceased respondent no. 4.
Learned counsel for the respondent-Bank submits that he has not been served with the copy of appeal. Learned counsel for the appellant submits that he shall serve the same upon the counsel for the respondent-Bank during course of the day, who may file reply by the next date fixed.
Learned counsel for the appellant submits that he may be permitted to take steps within a week for service of notice upon the respondent no. 3 through Dasti.
