Learned counsel for the appellant has moved an application being I.A. No. 567/2023 with a prayer that the order of the status quo may be passed as the auction purchaser inspite of his undertaking given before this court on 15.03.2021 has created third party interest and has executed sale deed in favour of several persons. Learned counsel further contends that the copy of the said application has been served upon the respondents. Let the respondents file reply by the next date.
List this case on 26.10.2023 for hearing. Till then the status quo qua the property in question shall be maintained by all the parties as it exists today.
