Heard the learned counsel for the appellant on the restoration application.
The reason stated in the application is sufficient. Accordingly, the restoration application being Dy. No. 903/2023 is allowed and the appeal is directed to be restored to its original number.
Learned counsel for the appellant has deposited a demand draft no. 404157 dated 01.07.2023 for Rs. 25.00 lacs towards pre-deposit. Let the said amount be kept in the form of FDR in the nationalized Bank for a period of one year in auto renewal scheme.
