Perusal of the earlier order dated 09.03.2022 shows that the appellant was granted further two weeks’ time for taking steps for service of notice upon the remaining respondents as per order dated 13.08.2021 and accordingly, steps were taken, but no affidavit of service has been filed by the learned counsel for the appellant. Let the affidavit of service along with tracking report be filed by the learned counsel for the appellant by the next date.
Learned counsel for the respondent-Bank submits that the copy of memo of appeal has not been served by the appellant upon him, therefore, he prays that the counsel for the appellant may be directed for the same.
Learned counsel for the appellant is directed to serve a copy of memo of appeal upon the counsel for the respondent-Bank within a week, who may file reply by the next date.
