Heard the learned counsels for the parties.
Learned counsel for the appellant submits that a direction may be issued to the Tribunal below to consider and decide the S.A. No. 509/2023 within the time as stipulated by this Tribunal.
Learned counsel for the respondent-F.I. submits that he has no objection, if such direction is issued.
In view of the above, the present appeal stands disposed off with direction upon the Presiding Officer, DRT, Lucknow to consider and decide the S.A. No. 509/2023 in accordance with law most expeditiously, preferably within three months from the date of production of certified copy of this order.
