Learned counsel for the respondent-Auction Purchaser submits that appellants are the tenants and they have no legal right to raise objection with regard to the boundary of the property in question. It is contended that the dispute is with regard to the order of the attachment dated 10.07.2001 and the valuation with regard to both the properties are different. It is thus contended that the appellants have no right to raise new question of boundaries as has now been contended.
Learned counsel for the appellant submits that although the written submissions have already been filed, but he needs time to prepare the case.
As prated, list this case on 06.02.2023 for further hearing. Till then the interim order, if any passed earlier, shall remain operative.
