Heard the learned counsel for the applicant on the urgency application being I.A. No. 20/2023.
Learned counsel for the applicant submits that the applicant is out of house since 02.11.2022, hence the matter is very urgent, hence the date already fixed may be preponed and the matter may be fixed for hearing at an early date. .
In view of the above, the urgency application is allowed and the date already fixed for 14.02.2023 is preponed to 24.01.2023.
