Learned counsel for the appellant submits that the arguing counsel Shri V. K. Shukla is out of station, therefore, the matter may be deferred.
Learned counsel for the respondent-Auction Purchaser submits that he comes from Jabalpur. If the learned counsel for the appellant had not to appear today, he should have informed him, but he did not do so, therefore, cost may be imposed upon the learned counsel for the appellant.
It is stated that the written submissions have been filed on behalf of all the parties.
List this case on 13.01.2023 for hearing. Till then the interim order, if any passed earlier, shall remain operative.
