Heard the learned counsel for the applicant on the urgency application being I.A. No. 28/2023.
It has been stated in the urgency application that the auction purchaser is pressing hard for taking physical possession of the property or in alterative refund of sale proceed.
The report of the registrar dated 11.01.2023 shows that the next date in this matter is fixed for 27.02.2023.
In view of the submission as made above, it appears that there is no good ground made out for preponing the date already fixed in the case. Hence, the urgency application filed by the applicant is rejected.
List this case on the date already fixed i.e. 27.02.2023.
