Learned counsel for the respondent-Bank prays for time to file reply and submits that earlier counsel, to whom the case was allotted, has expired. Accordingly, two weeks’ time is granted to the Bank for filing reply. Rejoinder to the said reply may be filed within one week thereafter.
List this case on 07.07.2022 for reply. Till then the interim order, if any passed earlier, shall remain in operation.
