Vide earlier order dated 20.03.2023, the time was granted to the learned counsel for the respondent-Bank to file response to the submission of the learned counsel for the appellants that the appellants are not the borrowers, as they are aggrieved party in as much as their share was also mortgaged by the other share holders of the property in question without their knowledge and no document has been executed by the appellants to the transaction made between the Bank and the borrower-respondent no. 2. The office report dated 17.05.2023 shows that no reply has been filed by the respondent-Bank. Let the same be filed by the next date.
