The Hon’ble Court vide order dated 30.01.2023, directed the appellants to deposit 25% of amount due within a week, failing which, the appeal shall be considered to have been dismissed for want of pre-deposit without reference to the Hon’ble Court.
As per the office report dated 07.02.2023, no amount has been deposited by the appellate till date, as stipulated by the Hon’ble Court.
In view of non compliance of deposit of 25% of the amount due in terms of order dated 30.01.2023 passed by the Hon’ble Court, the appeal is treated to have been dismissed.
