Learned counsel for the respondent-bank submit that only a week’s time may be granted to file objection to the interim application.
The office report dated 06.09.2022 shows that Shri Ankit Singh, Advocate has filed Vakalatnama on behalf of respondents No. 2 and 3, but today no one is present on behalf of the said respondents.
Learned counsel for the appellant shall inform Shri Ankit Singh, counsel for the respondents no. 2 & 3 about the order passed today in writing within 48 hours.
Respondents No. 2 and 3 may also file reply by the next date.
Rejoinder to the reply of respondent No. 1 Bank may also be filed by the next date, if so desired.
