Present: Shri S. K. Gupta, counsel for the appellant, Ms. Bhavana, Law Officer of the respondent-Bank,
Learned counsel for the appellant submits that he was unaware as who is appearing counsel on behalf of the Bank, therefore, he could not serve notice upon the counsel for the respondent-Bank pursuant to the earlier order dated 16.03.2023. He further states that although the notice has already been served upon the respondent-Bank, but he shall inform the counsel appearing on behalf of the respondentbank during course of the day about the order passed today.
The respondent-Bank may file reply to the delay condonation application by the next date.
