Learned counsel for the respondent submits that copy of appeal has not been served upon him. Learned counsel for the appellant submits that although the copy of appeal has already served upon the bank, but he shall again serve the same upon the counsel for the respondent-Bank within 48 hours.
For the reason stated in the urgency application being I.A. No. 139/2023, the same is allowed and the date already fixed for 06.04.2023 is preponed to 16.03.2023.
