Shri Arpit Srivastava, Ld. Counsel for the appellant is present and provides affidavit in support of Appeal and dates and events. Ld. Counsel also corrects the format. As regards the delay condonation application, Ld. Counsel submits the same is not required as the limitation is covered vide order dated 21.12.2022 of Hon’ble High Court Lucknow Bench in the matter (Annexure No. 2- Page 3). Ld. Counsel submits Annexures in legal size paper. As regard predeposit Ld. Counsel states that the order challenged is the interim order passed in O.A. No. 550/2020, hence, condition of pre-deposit is not applicable. Ld. Counsel seeks time for removal of remaining defects.
