It has been mentioned in the urgency application that inspite of interim order passed by this Tribunal, the auction purchaser with the connivance of the Bank is raising construction over the property in question. Therefore, it is prayed that the hearing of the case may be expedited.
There is nothing on record to show that any such construction is being done by the auction purchaser over the property in question, therefore, there is no ground for expediting the hearing of the case. Hence, the urgency application is rejected.
List this case on the date already fixed i.e. 17.03.2023.
