Heard the learned counsel for the appellant on the I.A. No. 514/2022 being urgency application, which has been filed on the ground that the respondent-Bank has obtained an order under section 14 of the SARFAESI Act and on 17.10.2022 Tehsil Authority came to the residential house of the appellant and directed to handover the physical possession of the property within 5 days. He further submits that the appellant requested the Tehsil authority to provide the copy of notice, by which possession will be taken, but they refused to provide the same. As per report of the Registrar, the case is already fixed for 02.12.2022.
There is no ground made out for in the urgency application, therefore, the same is disposed off.
