Shri R. K. Srivastava, Advocate files his vakaltnama on behalf of the respondent-auction purchaser.
Learned counsel for the respondent-Bank files reply today in the court after serving copy of the same upon the counsel for the appellant.
Learned counsel for the appellant submits that he shall submit an affidavit along with notification issued under section 4 of the Land Acquisition Act.
Learned counsel for the appellant further submits that the auction purchaser is not arrayed as party in the present case, because his name and address was not known. Learned counsel for the appellant may file impleadment application to bring on record the auction purchaser by the next date.
List this case on 27.02.2023. Till then the interim order, if any, shall continue.
