The office report dated 14.03.2023 shows that I.A. No. 719/2022 being substitution application for substituting the legal heirs of the respondent no. 1 is pending consideration and I.A. No. 412/2019 being impleadment application is also pending for impleading the auction purchaser.
Learned counsel for the respondent-Bank has no objection, if the aforesaid applications are allowed.
Accordingly, the substitution application as well as impleadment application are allowed. Let the necessary substitution be made by the appellant in the array of parties by the next date.
List this case on 26.05.2023. Till then the interim order, if any, shall remain operative.
