Present: Shri Raj Kumar Tiwari, counsel for the appellant,

Learned counsel for the appellant deposits two demand drafts bearing nos. 423663 and 039391 amounting to Rs. 50.00 lacs, which is 50% of the amount due. He further submits that the appellant is ready to deposit the remaining amount in six monthly equal installments, if the time may be given.

The aforesaid amount be kept in the form of FDR in Nationalized Bank for a period of six months in auto renewal scheme.

He further states that copy of the application has been served by the appellant upon the learned counsel for the respondentBank. However, none is present on behalf of the Bank.

Let the notices be issued to the respondents by two modes i.e. Registered Post with A.D. and Speed Post. Steps to be taken by the appellant within a week. Affidavit of service along with tracking report be filed by the next date.

Learned counsel for the appellant contends that the secured property has been sold, but the sale certificate has not been issued. Therefore, the learned counsel prays that the status quo order with regard to the property in question may be granted.
