Learned counsel for the appellant has deposited a demand draft No. 677894 dated 10.05.2023 for Rs. 29.50 lacs towards pre-deposit. The said amount be kept in the shape of FDR in the nationalized Bank for a period of one year in auto renewal scheme.
The office report dated 25.05.2023 shows that the learned counsel for the appellant has not amended the array of party in view of the fact that the substitution and amendment applications stood allowed by the earlier order dated 15.03.2023. Let the same be done by the next date.
List this case on 18.09.2023. Till then the interim order, if any, shall remain operative.
