Heard the learned counsel for the applicant on the urgency application being I.A. No. 580/2023, which has been filed on the ground that the auction purchaser is trying to create third party interest by selling the property in question, therefore, the matter may be preponed, which is fixed for 18.09.2023.
In view of the aforesaid, the urgency application is allowed and the date already fixed for 18.09.2023 is preponed to 10.08.2023.
